The settings menu is where you configure the game’s presentation and core options. It also includes the edict system, which lets you enable policy changes that improve island-wide recycling efficiency.

Settings and language

From the title screen, open SETTINGS to adjust the game’s options.

Language

• Open the VIDEO tab.
• In UI, change Language(restart required) to 日本語.
• Return to the title screen with the × in the top right.
• Quit the game.
• After restarting, the game will be displayed in Japanese.

Recycling edicts

Recycling edicts are policies that can be activated to increase the overall efficiency of island recycling.
