Swamp Shooter

Swamp Shooter is a stationary ranged mob that attacks by firing from a fixed position. When a player enters its attack range, it begins shooting and keeps attacking until the target leaves the area. Because it cannot move, it relies entirely on ranged pressure rather than positioning itself during combat.

Swamp Shooters deal high damage with each hit and also have enough armor to absorb some incoming damage. They are most dangerous when they are protected by terrain or backed up by other enemies, since their lack of movement is offset by their ability to keep firing from safety. Fighting them from cover or with ranged weapons is the safest approach, especially when they are placed in a difficult line of sight.

• Do not rush directly into open ground where a Swamp Shooter can keep firing uninterrupted.
• Use terrain and cover to break its line of sight when possible.
• Prioritize it early if it is positioned behind other enemies, since its damage output is high for a stationary mob.
