Coffee Beans are a late-game obtainable item tied to the Deep Desert Caves and the Farmer’s shop inventory. They can be found in underground chests within the Deep Desert Caves, making exploration there one source of supply, and they also become available for purchase from the Farmer after defeating Sage and Grit.

Because one acquisition method depends on dungeon loot while the other is locked behind boss progression, Coffee Beans sit in the game’s mid-to-late progression loop. Players who want them reliably have two options: search underground chests during Deep Desert Cave runs, or wait until the relevant progression milestone is met and then buy them from the Farmer.
