Tomato Seeds

Tomato Seeds are a basic farming item used to start tomato crops. They can be found in underground chests in both the Forest Caves and Snow Caves. They can also be bought from the Farmer, and the Farmer sells them from the start of a new world.

Because they are available so early, Tomato Seeds are one of the first crop seeds a player can reliably obtain without needing to explore far. If you want a steady supply, checking underground chests while mining and visiting the Farmer early on are the two most direct ways to get them.
