Sap Camp

Sap Camp is a work building that assigns labor to plants within its operating area, much like Gathering Camp and Logging Camp. Instead of harvesting a plant outright, it attaches a sap collection kit to the target and retrieves it after a set period of time.

Its main advantage is that the plant remains standing after sap is collected. Broadleaf Tree and similar plants are left intact, which means they can be used again later for more sap or still be cut down afterward if needed. This makes Sap Camp useful when you want to extract resources repeatedly without sacrificing the plant as a future wood source.

• Use it on plant targets you want to keep available for repeated harvesting.
• After sap is collected, the plant is not removed, so the same target can be revisited later.
• Because the plant remains in place, you can still choose to log it afterward if your needs change.
• It serves the same general role as Gathering Camp and Logging Camp, but with a more selective resource-collection process focused on syrup extraction.
