Shrine of Rooster is a shrine building that unlocks two support skills for your settlement. It is the successor to Shrine of Rat in the research chain, and its effects are strong enough to make it a valuable early-game choice for players who want to prioritize efficiency.

The shrine unlocks the following abilities:

• Morning Herald: at 00:00, restores 15 stamina to all A_Ratizen.
• Cock-a-Doodle-Doo: a charged active skill that restores 100 stamina to sleeping A_Ratizen within range. Cooldown: 12 hours.

Because one effect restores stamina to everyone automatically at midnight while the other can quickly recover a group of sleeping citizens, Shrine of Rooster provides reliable population support without requiring constant attention. The active skill is especially useful when multiple citizens are resting and you want to bring them back to work sooner.
