Shoes

Shoes are a highly useful consumable item that provides a major benefit to whoever uses them, from the early game all the way to the late game. They are one of the everyday supplies worth keeping in stock alongside Bat Potion, since having them available at all times gives a steady advantage.

Shoes are most efficiently crafted from Rubber, but if Rubber cannot be imported, maintaining a sufficient supply can be difficult. They can also be made from Tool, and even then the buff they provide leaves the exchange strongly in your favor, so there is no real need to hesitate about producing them.

• Keep a reserve of Shoes rather than treating them as a disposable luxury.
• They remain valuable throughout the entire game, not just in the early stages.
• Rubber is the preferred material, but Tool-based production is still worthwhile because of the effect they grant.
