Minor Stamina Mead

Minor Stamina Mead is a consumable mead that restores the player character’s stamina over time. When drunk, it regenerates 80 stamina every 2 seconds, making it a useful recovery item for extended movement, combat, and other stamina-heavy tasks.

Like other stamina meads, it is meant to help refill stamina after it has been spent rather than to provide an immediate burst. It is especially valuable when you need to keep sprinting, blocking, dodging, or working continuously without waiting for natural stamina regeneration to catch up.
