• Cascade Laboratories level 2, in the lobby kitchen
• The Furniture Store
• The office area above the laboratory in the first building in Voussoir, next to a GATE Charging Station

Because it is tied to vending machines rather than loose world loot, Mug of Coffee is mainly something you buy when passing through areas that already have a machine nearby. Its availability in multiple early and mid-game regions makes it convenient to pick up without much detour, especially when moving through office and facility interiors where break rooms and kitchens are common.
