Mud

Mud is an item found on the bottoms of ponds on the surface and in shallow underground areas, as well as in the Jungle biome. It is mainly a construction material for Small Garden and Large Garden, where it allows seeds to be planted.

Although the game encourages using mud to make Pottery, it is not a material you should spend freely. Its supply is limited, so it is generally better reserved for gardens and other necessary uses. If you have a surplus from garden production, or if you gain access to importing it, using mud for Pottery becomes a good way to improve production efficiency.

• Mud is best prioritized for unlocking and maintaining garden production.
• Using it for Pottery is efficient, but only after your garden needs are covered.
• Because it is relatively scarce, it is a poor choice for routine consumption.
