Stone Owl

The Stone Owl is a decorative piece of furniture that can be purchased from the Magic Shop Boat at the Night Market on Winter 17. It is a placeable object, so it may be set down anywhere in Stardew Valley, both indoors and outdoors.

Its only practical function is decoration. Like other furniture pieces, it can be used to customize a farm, house, shed, or other suitable space, but it does not provide any gameplay bonuses, production effects, or interaction beyond placement. Because it is sold only during the Night Market, it is a limited-time purchase rather than a regularly stocked item.

The Stone Owl is unrelated to the secret stone owl statue that can randomly appear on the farm overnight. The two are distinct objects: this one is a furniture item obtained through a merchant, while the secret owl is an event-based mystery statue. If you are collecting rare decor, the Stone Owl is one of the more unusual seasonal furniture pieces to watch for during the Night Market.
