Ancient Doll

Ancient Doll is a special item that can be donated to the Museum, where it counts toward the player’s total number of donations. It also has several utility uses outside of the museum collection, making it more than just a display piece.

In tailoring, Ancient Doll can be placed in the spool of the Sewing Machine to create the Doll Shirt. It can also be used as a blue dye in the dye pots at Emily’s and Haley’s house at 2 Willow Lane. These uses make it a convenient multi-purpose item if the player has a spare copy.

Ancient Doll is also tied to a recurring secret involving dove children. In addition, it can be used to obtain a secret item by throwing it into the lava pool on floor 100 of the Mines or into the lava pool in the Volcano Caldera. This interaction is unique and makes the item notable even after its museum donation value has been accounted for.
