Access to the box is hidden by a hole in the fence behind the tree on the right side of the enclosure, so the location is easy to miss unless the area is searched carefully.

Once obtained, ??HMTGF?? behaves like other placeable furniture. It can be moved by holding left-click, or by using a tool on it. Since it is a secret item rather than a normal shop purchase or crafting result, the key step is finding the hidden box and delivering the correct fish to it. After that, it can be picked up and repositioned as needed like any other furniture piece.
