Trilobite

Trilobite is an Artifact that can be found by digging up an Artifact Spot on the Beach, in Cindersap Forest, or in The Mountains, or by mining Bone Nodes at the Ginger Island Dig Site. It is one of the bone-related museum donations and contributes to the total count of donations for the Museum when donated to Gunther.

Beyond its museum value, Trilobite has several practical uses. In the Bone Mill, it can be processed into a fertilizer item, with possible outputs including Quality Fertilizer, Speed-Gro, Deluxe Speed-Gro, and Tree Fertilizer. It is also a tailoring ingredient: when used in the Sewing Machine, it can produce the Excavator Shirt.

Trilobite is also relevant to the Special Order quest “Fragments of the past.” During this quest, Gunther may request 100 of any combination of bone items, which must be gathered while the quest is active. Completing the order rewards the player with the Bone Mill recipe.
