IS-0023 Figurine

IS-0023 Figurine is a collectible item found in the Hydroplant Building. It is located on top of the building where Dr. Tang is found, among a set of steel beams visible behind him. Reaching it requires moving carefully across the beams and continuing to the far side, where the figurine rests on top of one of them.

The path to it is risky because a fall is easy if you misjudge a step, and a nearby Sniper can also notice the player while crossing the exposed area. For that reason, the route is best approached slowly and deliberately. Bringing crafted shelves can make the crossing safer by reducing the danger of falling while you move between the beams.
