Long Office Couch

The Long Office Couch is a two-seat office furniture item found throughout Abiotic Factor in a wide range of indoor and administrative spaces. It appears in offices, lounges, hallways, security areas, reactor facilities, and other building interiors, making it one of the more common pieces of seating scattered across the game’s facilities.

It is most often encountered in workplace-style environments, especially where the game places break areas or waiting rooms. Notable locations include Manufacturing West, the Supply Room in Shipping Logistics, multiple rooms in Office Sector, office spaces in Cascade Laboratories, the top level of Residence Sector after clearing the ice barrier, and several areas in the Reactors. It also appears in Flathill’s courthouse building, where it can be found just left of the entrance.

• In Office Sector, it can be found on Level 2 near the kitchen, in a hallway, near the tram access area by the Data Farm, on the plaza balcony near Round Tables, and in the Security Office.
• On Level 3 of Office Sector, it appears in the hallway, near the kitchen, and in the Analysis Office.
• In Cascade Laboratories, it is found in the Containment area on Level 2, in a room near the first turret area where the player must cross a chasm, and in an office near Janet and Abe.
• In Manufacturing West, it is located at the bottom level of one of the buildings in Shipping Logistics, and inside Shipping’s Supply Room alongside a computer, a Television, a Power Cell, and soil bags.
• In the Reactors, it appears in the Dusk Reactor area in a small room near the second-level office cubicle section, and in the Gale Reactor area both in the upstairs lounge of the large battle space and beyond that area in the Depleted Fuel section.
• In Residence Sector, it is found on the top level in the area opened after melting the ice barrier.

The Long Office Couch is also part of the game’s furniture set variants, with multiple color versions available. Like other office seating, it can be destroyed or salvaged at a Repair and Salvage Station for materials, making it useful not only as set dressing but also as a source of recoverable components when furniture is being dismantled.
