Mushroom

Mushroom is a gatherable and placeable object found in Villages, the Swamp biome, and Swamp Caves. It is also a crop-like object that can be grown by placing it on Farmland.

Because it appears naturally in multiple swamp-related areas, Mushroom can be picked up during exploration as well as produced through farming. This makes it useful both as a wild resource and as a renewable one once farmland is available. When planning a source of Mushrooms, the easiest approach is to look for them while traveling through villages or swamp terrain, then move to farming if you want a steadier supply.
