Nautilus Fossil

The Nautilus Fossil is an Artifact that can be found in Fishing Treasure Chests, Bone Nodes on the Ginger Island Dig Site, or by digging up an Artifact Spot at the Beach. Donating one to the Museum contributes toward the total number of museum donations.

It also has a few uses outside the Museum. In the Bone Mill, it can be turned into Quality Fertilizer, Speed-Gro, Deluxe Speed-Gro, or Tree Fertilizer. It is used in the spool of the Sewing Machine to create the Excavator Shirt. A Nautilus Fossil is not used in any bundles or recipes.

• Can be requested for the Special Order quest "Fragments of the past," where Gunther asks for 100 bone items in any combination, to be gathered within 7 days.
• The quest reward includes the Bone Mill recipe.
