Mystic Tree Seed

Mystic Tree Seed is a tree seed that grows into a Mystic Tree. It becomes available only after claiming Foraging Mastery, at which point it can be crafted; it cannot be obtained by chopping or shaking Mystic Trees. Like other tree seeds, it is planted on tillable ground and grows through multiple stages before becoming a mature tree, but Mystic Trees do not spread seeds when fully grown.

A Mystic Tree Seed has several notable differences from standard tree seeds. If it is fertilized with Tree Fertilizer, it has a 30% chance to advance to the next growth stage each night, including during Winter. If it is not fertilized, it has a 15% chance to grow each night during Spring, Summer, or Fall. This makes Tree Fertilizer especially valuable if you want to speed up a Mystic Tree grove or keep progress moving through the cold season.

Mystic Tree Seeds cannot be planted around the border of the Greenhouse, so they must be placed elsewhere on the farm or in another suitable outdoor area. Their growth follows the usual tree seed progression through five stages before reaching the stump stage shown in their growth cycle.
