Throwing Shard

Throwing Shard is a throwable weapon and harvesting tool. It functions like a regular thrown weapon, with a primary attack that performs a basic stab and consumes one projectile per attack. Its secondary action prepares the throw, making it usable both as a ranged weapon and as a close-range utility item.

It can also be used to harvest remains, which makes it especially practical when looting bodies or carcasses that need to be cut open for materials.

Throwing Shard can be found in Cascade Laboratories, level 3, inside the Adjustment Wing. It is held by the body near the Cold Storage, and players must cut up the body for it to drop. It is also obtained from other sources:

• Dropped by Symphonists
• Found in Cacophonous Crates
• Received when butchering Chordfish
