Hyper Speed-Gro

Hyper Speed-Gro is a fertilizer that increases crop growth speed by 33%, or 43% with the Agriculturist profession. It can be crafted after buying its recipe from Qi's Walnut Room. Once obtained, it can be applied to tilled soil before planting a seed, after planting, or at any later stage of a crop’s growth.

Its effect works by reducing the remaining time a crop needs to mature, but it does not retroactively speed up stages the crop has already passed. Because the reduction is applied as a fixed number of days per stage, Hyper Speed-Gro gives a larger practical benefit when used earlier in a crop’s life cycle. If it is added several days after planting, it still shortens the time to harvest, but the remaining growth time is reduced by less than the advertised percentage might suggest. It also does not reduce the time between harvests for multi-harvest crops.
