Cape of Odin

Cape of Odin is a special cape added for the Hildir’s Request DLC content. It functions like a high-tier cape piece with upgrade levels from quality 1 to 4, and its stats improve as it is upgraded. At quality 1 it has 1500 durability and 1 armor, rising to 1550/2, 1600/3, and 1650/4 at the highest listed quality.

Its upgrade recipe is based on leather scraps and coal, with the cost increasing by quality level. The listed materials are:

• Quality 1: 10 Leather Scraps, 4 Coal
• Quality 2: 5 Leather scraps, 2 Coal
• Quality 3: 10 Leather scraps, 4 Coal
• Quality 4: 15 Leather scraps, 6 Coal

The cape also provides a 3% movement speed bonus. In addition, it grants resistance to cold and fire effects. The cold resistance does not stack with other sources of cold resistance, including the bonus from Yagluth’s power and other armor pieces. Likewise, fire resistance does not stack with Yagluth’s power.

Cape of Odin and its hood variant can be spawned with commands, but they cannot be equipped or upgraded unless the DLC is installed. This makes them primarily tied to the DLC’s content set rather than the base game.

In practice, Cape of Odin is notable more for its special properties and collector value than for raw armor, since its armor value is low compared with dedicated late-game protection. The movement bonus and elemental resistances make it a useful utility cape when its requirements are met, especially for players who want a lightweight cape option with built-in defense against environmental effects.
