Boaricoot

The Boaricoot is a domesticated farm animal obtained from a wild Boaricoot with a Domesti-Crate. Once tamed, it can be kept for daily production and cared for like other livestock. It sleeps in an Animal Den and eats Animal Food from an Animal Feeder.

A Boaricoot produces one item per day when it is fully grown. It will dig in dirt to produce Worms, or dig in grassy areas to produce Native Bread. To keep it productive, it must be healthy, have access to shelter, and be fed the day before.

• Each Animal Den provides shelter for one Boaricoot; other animal shelters do not count for it.
• Feed it Animal Food once per day. If it is not fed, it does not die, but it becomes unhappy and stops producing.
• Petting it each day raises its hearts, which improves product quality over time. The Guitar also satisfies this attention need.
• If a pen has a gate, NPCs may wander in and pet the Boaricoot as well.
• For breeding or product generation, the Boaricoot must not be sick, must have a home, and must have been fed the previous day.
