Trash Can

Trash Can is a wall-mounted garbage receptacle used to hold waste in a compact, space-saving form. It is installed directly on a wall rather than on the floor, making it useful in tight layouts where floor space is limited.

Unlike many containers in Oxygen Not Included, its lid does not close. The open lid is a defining visual detail shared across all language descriptions, and it gives the building a permanently open, slightly untidy appearance.
