Pressure Nozzle

A Pressure Nozzle is a sprinkler upgrade that expands the watering range of Sprinklers. When applied, it increases the area covered by each sprinkler type: a basic Sprinkler waters a 3×3 area and reaches the corner tiles, a Quality Sprinkler waters a 5×5 area, and an Iridium Sprinkler waters a 7×7 area.

Pressure Nozzles can be bought from Qi's Walnut Room, and they can also be obtained as rare monster drops. They may drop in Skull Cavern during the Qi's Hungry Challenge or Skull Cavern Invasion quests, and Slimes may rarely drop them in The Mines during Danger In The Deep or after the Shrine of Challenge has been activated. One Pressure Nozzle is enough to upgrade one entire sprinkler, even though the item icon shows only a single nozzle.

A sprinkler cannot be equipped with both a Pressure Nozzle and an Enricher at the same time. This makes the item a straightforward choice between increasing watering range and adding fertilizer support to the same sprinkler.

Pressure Nozzles are especially useful for layouts that aim to reduce the number of sprinklers needed. On Iridium Sprinklers, they can be used to automatically water an entire greenhouse while leaving only a single tile unplanted, making them one of the best upgrades for maximizing crop coverage with minimal wasted space.
