SupplyCrate

Supply Crates are crates that sometimes wash up on the shore of the Beach Farm. They are one of the farm’s shoreline events, and their contents are random, with the available loot pool determined mainly by how many times the Farmhouse has been upgraded.

There are three crate types that can appear on the shore, and each type is equally likely to spawn. The crate type does not affect the item odds inside; the reward is chosen from the same contents pool for the current Farmhouse upgrade level.

The contents pool changes as the Farmhouse is upgraded:

• With no upgrades, the pool is smaller, and Cherry Bomb is twice as likely to be chosen as the other possible items.
• With one upgrade, the item pool expands.
• With two or three upgrades, the pool expands again, and Banana Pudding and Mango Sticky Rice are half as likely to be chosen as the other items in that pool.

After the item is selected, its quantity is rolled separately, and every possible quantity in that item’s range is equally likely. For example, getting 3 Mixed Seeds is just as likely as getting 4 Mixed Seeds if both are in the possible range.

In practical terms, Supply Crates are a passive Beach Farm bonus that becomes more varied as the Farmhouse is upgraded. Because the crate type itself does not change the odds, the important factor is simply how far the Farmhouse has been upgraded. That makes them most useful as a steady source of extra supplies rather than a targeted way to obtain specific items.
