Figurine Platform

The Figurine Platform is an extra-large platform used to display figurines and organize small items. It is most notably paired with Holographic Figurines and Stone Figurines, making it a natural centerpiece for decorative setups or for recreating board-game layouts such as chess and checkers with other players.

Although it can function as a general storage surface, its 64 slots are all small, so it cannot hold larger storage units. Because of that, it is better treated as a display-and-sorting platform than as a replacement for real storage. A practical use is to keep Terrain Analyzers on it, since they fit the platform’s small-slot layout well.

Stone Figurines are found scattered on the surface and in caves on Desolo and Novus. They come in Jasper and Lapis Lazuli variants, and include the standard chess-piece shapes: Pawn, Knight, Rook, Bishop, King, and Queen. This makes them useful both as collectibles and as pieces for making a complete board-game set. Holographic Figurines can also be used as an alternative to Stone Figurines, and they provide an easier way to gather enough pieces for a full chess game.
