Omniprinter is a construction in Oxygen Not Included that is explicitly unable to print organic matter. Across multiple localizations of the game this limitation is stated consistently: the Omniprinter cannot produce organic materials, even though its name suggests broad capabilities.

Because the Omniprinter cannot output organic matter, any uses that require printed items must rely on inorganic recipe components or non-organic outputs. This restriction is a simple, firm rule rather than a probabilistic failure mode: attempts to print organic substances are not supported by the building.
