Gold Block is tied to the city economy and its payment flow. In the city’s trade balance, it imports Bat Potion, Leather Sack, Oil, Candle, and Clothes, while exporting Cosmetics, Gold Accessory, Perfume, Silk Dress, and Joy Powder.

The city treasury also treats several kinds of payouts as citizen income. Citizens are paid when they perform labor such as gathering, mining, hauling, or construction. Production delivered to Storage is also counted as a city purchase when workers manufacture Resource at their workplace and turn it in there. In addition, welfare-law subsidies and Pia scattered by Shrine of Rat’s active skill are included in the same payment system.
