Cobblestone Path

The Cobblestone Path is a crafted decorative pathing item used to pave walkways and other outdoor areas. Like all path tiles, it can be placed to create cleaner routes around the farm and other locations, helping organize movement and shape the layout of a property. The crafting recipe is available in the player’s inventory from the start of the game.

Cobblestone Path has the same gameplay properties as other pathing items: when placed outdoors on The Farm, it grants a +0.1 Player Speed boost while the player walks over it. This bonus applies only in that setting, so pathing is most useful on frequently traveled routes between buildings, fields, and work areas. In practice, it also helps keep those routes clear, since paths prevent Grass or Trees from growing in heavily used spaces that would otherwise become obstructed.

A few practical details are worth keeping in mind:

• It can also be destroyed by weeds.
• Because it is a pathing item, it is best used in areas where a permanent walkway is desirable rather than in places that are likely to be overwritten by natural growth or storms.
