Brick Floor

The Brick Floor is a crafted flooring item used to create decorative paths and other paved areas. Like other flooring, it can be placed to customize the appearance of a space, and when used outdoors on The Farm it also contributes to mobility by granting the standard +0.1 Player Speed bonus.

Brick Floor is available through a recipe sold at the Carpenter's Shop, though the source data does not provide the purchase price. Once crafted and placed, it serves the same practical role as other flooring types: it helps define walkways and can reduce the need to move through rough terrain, while also discouraging Grass and trees from growing in heavily used areas where they could otherwise slow movement or create obstructions. This makes it useful for keeping farm layouts tidy and efficient, especially around frequently visited buildings, crop rows, and animal areas.

There are a few drawbacks to keep in mind. Brick Floor can be displaced by lightning or destroyed by weeds, so long-term outdoor paths may require occasional maintenance if left exposed. As with all flooring bonuses, the movement increase only applies when the flooring is outside on The Farm; it does not provide the same speed benefit in indoor or non-farm locations.
