Large Egg

Large Eggs are an animal product produced by chickens and related to their normal-sized counterparts. They are one of the standard egg items used throughout cooking, crafting, tailoring, and several bundle and quest requirements.

A Large Egg can be used in a Mayonnaise Machine to make mayonnaise. Unlike regular Eggs, which always produce regular-quality mayonnaise, Large Eggs always produce gold-quality Mayonnaise regardless of the egg’s own quality. Large Eggs also work the same as regular chicken eggs in all recipes, so they can be substituted wherever a normal Egg is accepted.

Large Eggs have a few other uses outside cooking:

• They can be used in the Sewing Machine to create the dyeable Cardigan.
• Both large egg types can be used as a white dye ingredient in the Sewing Machine when combined with a dyeable clothing item.
• Large Egg and Large Brown Egg are both valid options for one bundle requirement.
• Ten Eggs of any type except Dinosaur Eggs are required for another bundle requirement.
• Eggs of any type, including Large Eggs, may be requested for special quests such as Gus’s Famous Omelet and some Raccoon requests.

In practice, Large Eggs are especially useful because they improve mayonnaise quality while still filling the same recipe roles as ordinary eggs. If you are processing eggs for profit, they are best saved for mayonnaise production rather than used directly in recipes, since that guarantees gold-quality output.
