Malachite

Malachite is a mineral that can be found in Geodes and Omni Geodes. Like other minerals, it can be processed through the Geode Crusher or donated for collection progress, but its main in-game uses are more limited than those of many other gems and minerals.

Malachite has two direct crafting-related uses. At the Sewing Machine, it is placed in the spool to create the Green Belted Shirt. It can also be used as a green dye ingredient at the dye pots in Emily and Haley's house at 2 Willow Lane.

Because it is a green mineral, Malachite fills the green dye slot naturally and is one of the items that can be set aside for tailoring and dyeing rather than sold immediately. Players who are collecting clothing options may want to keep at least one copy for the Green Belted Shirt, while another copy can be saved for dye use if needed.
