Orange

Orange is a fruit obtained by growing an Orange Sapling into an Orange Tree and harvesting the tree during Summer. The tree takes 28 days to mature after planting, and once established it produces oranges as a seasonal crop.

An Orange can also be acquired without farming by buying one from the Traveling Cart or finding one in The Cave on the farm if the fruit bat cave option was chosen. Beyond selling or gifting, it has a few crafting-related uses:

• It can be used in the spool of the Sewing Machine to create dyeable Relaxed Fit Shorts.
• It can be used as an orange dye in the dye pots at Emily's and Haley's house, 2 Willow Lane.
