Pointy Hat

Pointy hat is a seasonal headpiece in Valheim that can be crafted only during Halloween, from October 1 through November 6. It is a decorative armor item rather than a combat-focused piece, but it still provides a small amount of protection and can be upgraded like other armor.

It is crafted at an Artisan Table, and the table must be at least level 2. Each craft makes 5 Pointy hats at once. The base recipe uses 3 Deer Hide, 5 Coal, and 1 Bronze. Upgrading increases both durability and armor, with each tier requiring additional Deer hide:

• Quality 1: 800 durability, 1 armor
• Quality 2: 900 durability, 3 armor
• Quality 3: 1000 durability, 5 armor
• Quality 4: 1100 durability, 7 armor

The upgrade materials are lightweight and simple, so the item is easy to improve if you already have access to deer hides and bronze. Because it is seasonal and decorative, players usually make it for appearance or collection purposes rather than as part of a standard armor setup.
