Sink
Overview
Sink is a plumbing-connected building. Because it is tied into the pipe system, it does not need to be manually emptied or refilled.
In practice, this means the Sink behaves as a fixed utility fixture rather than a container that duplicants must manage directly. Once connected, it operates as part of the colony’s plumbing network, handling its contents through pipes instead of requiring repeated manual maintenance. This makes it useful anywhere a permanent, hands-off liquid connection is desired.
- It must be connected to a pipe system to function as intended.
- It does not need duplicants to empty it by hand.
- It does not need duplicants to refill it by hand.
- Its main advantage is automation through plumbing, reducing routine labor.
