When Specimen 52B contains more than 5 kg of liquid resin and its body temperature falls below 17°C, the resin will no longer drip normally from the side ducts. Instead, it solidifies into
- Keep Specimen 52B above 17°C if you want normal liquid resin production.
- Letting it cool below that threshold turns production into
Solid Resin instead of a usable liquid secretion.
- The solidified material forms directly under the creature, so it can interfere with the space below it if left unmanaged.
