Fish Wraps

Bread and fish, what more to wish?
Overview
Fish wraps is a cooked food item made in a level 4
To make Fish wraps available, every ingredient required for the recipe must be present in the player’s inventory. Once unlocked, it is crafted at the Cauldron like other advanced recipes. Because it sits at the higher end of the food progression, Fish wraps is typically used when a player wants a durable health buffer for dangerous biomes, boss fights, or melee combat.
- Crafted at a level 4 Cauldron
- Grants 70 health
- Grants 23 stamina
- Grants 4 healing
- Uses the red fork food type
Fish wraps fits well into loadouts that prioritize survivability. The health total is much higher than its stamina gain, so it is especially useful for players who expect to take damage or who want to survive sudden bursts of enemy pressure. It is less suited to long stamina-heavy activities than foods with stronger stamina bonuses, but it remains a strong general-purpose meal for combat-oriented play.
As with other cooked foods, Fish wraps is best treated as part of a balanced food rotation rather than a stand-alone solution. Players who rely on blocking, parrying, heavy armor, or close-range weapons benefit the most from its health-heavy profile. Because it is a crafted food rather than a raw ingredient, it also serves as a marker of mid-to-late game cooking progression.
