Mushroom Quiche

Each Mushroom Quiche requires one Omelette, one Lettuce, and one Fried Mushroom. Because it is produced at the Gas Range, it serves as a mid- to late-game meal for colonies that can support more advanced cooking and ingredient processing. Its recipe combines ingredients from different food chains, so it is most practical in bases that already have access to Mushrooms and the infrastructure needed to process them into Fried Mushroom, along with the farming setup for Lettuce and the eggs needed for Omelette.

Mushroom Quiche can also be preserved by drying it in a Dehydrator. The resulting dried food never spoils, but it must be rehydrated in a Rehydrator before it can be eaten. This makes it useful for long-term storage and for maintaining food reserves without worrying about decay.
