Cooked Seafood

Cooked Seafood is a cooked food item. It is an improved meal compared with both Pacu Fillet and Raw Shellfish, providing more calories and higher food quality than either of those ingredients.

The item was previously called Cooked Fish before the Fast Friends Update, and its artwork also changed at that time. Aside from that rename and visual update, the sources do not indicate any special mechanics unique to Cooked Seafood beyond its role as a higher-value seafood meal.

Because it sits above basic raw seafood in both calories and food quality, Cooked Seafood is the better choice whenever a colony has access to ingredients that can be turned into it. It is especially useful early on when seafood supplies are available but higher-tier meals are not yet practical.
