Chain of Reaction

Overview

Ballusion (displayed as "Phantasm" or "幻影" in other locales) functions as a temporary buff represented by stackable layers;
Practical notes and interactions:
- The trigger requires a successful dodge outcome; other forms of damage avoidance that are not classified as a dodge will not activate
Chain of Reaction.
- Because it activates only once per battle, timing matters: dodging earlier in a fight grants the Ballusion stacks sooner, allowing them to influence subsequent rolls or interactions that depend on having Phantasm stacks.
Chain of Reaction stacks stack additively with other sources of Ballusion/Phantasm. If multiple effects grant Ballusion, their stacks combine.
- The effect is deterministic and does not consume charges—once used in a battle it remains inactive until the next combat.
- Synergizes with builds that increase dodge chance or that capitalize on having Ballusion/Phantasm stacks to enhance spell effects, pegs, or other passive procs.
