Mechanics

In this wiki, Mechanic is a catch-all entity type for systems and concepts that do not fit as a Building, Shape, Milestone, or Achievement. Examples include:

  • Game modes (Insane / Hard / Normal / Relaxed / Custom Scenarios)
  • World structures (Vortex, Space, Asteroid platforms)
  • Progression systems (Operator Level, Jobs, Upgrade Shop)
  • Blueprint system (saving / loading / sharing factory templates)
  • Transport (Trains, Space Transport)
  • UI elements (HUD overlays, planner tools)
  • Modding (community mod loader, Thunderstore packages)

Each Mechanic page summarises what the system does, when you unlock it, and how it interacts with other systems. The category chips below let you narrow to a specific subgroup.
