Cheese Press

The Cheese Press is a type of Artisan Equipment used to turn Milk into Cheese and Goat Milk into Goat Cheese. It is part of the game’s processing equipment, converting animal products into higher-value artisan goods that can be sold directly or aged later in Casks.

Regular Milk produces regular-quality Cheese, and regular Goat Milk produces regular-quality Goat Cheese. Large Milk and Large Goat Milk produce gold-quality Cheese and Goat Cheese, respectively. Because of this, using higher-quality milk gives better results, and keeping animals that produce large milk is especially profitable if you plan to process their output.

Cheese and Goat Cheese can both be aged in Casks to further increase their value, making the Cheese Press a strong early-to-midgame production machine for players investing in animals and cellar aging. It is especially useful once a steady supply of Milk or Goat Milk is available, since it converts otherwise ordinary animal products into artisan goods with much higher selling potential.
