Bok Choy is a crop used mainly as a dyeing ingredient and for occasional quest requests. It can be fed into the Sewing Machine to make a dyeable item when combined with Cloth, and it also works as a green dye ingredient when placed in the dye slot with a dyeable clothing item. It can additionally be put in the green dye pot at Emily and Haley's house.
Bok Choy may also appear as a random Help Wanted request in Fall on the board outside Stone's General Store. Completing that request rewards gold and 150 Friendship points.
