Cloth

Cloth is a refined material used in several late-game crafting and tailoring recipes. It is one of the core inputs for the Sewing Machine, where it can be combined with other materials to create a wide variety of clothing items. It is also needed for a small number of crafting recipes and for one Carpenter’s Shop building purchase, so it remains useful even after a player has access to more advanced farm upgrades.

In tailoring, Cloth is especially important because it serves as a universal fabric component for making clothing in the Sewing Machine. This makes it one of the main resources for players who want to collect or customize outfits. Outside tailoring, Cloth is used to craft the Dressed Spinner, which is unlocked at Fishing Level 8, and the Tent Kit, which is unlocked at Foraging Level 8. It is also required to purchase the Mill from the Carpenter’s Shop.

Because Cloth has both fashion and utility value, it is worth saving rather than selling immediately. Players interested in wardrobe collection will use it frequently for sewing projects, while players focused on progression may want to keep some on hand for the Mill and for useful crafted items. Since several of its uses are tied to skill-based unlocks, Cloth becomes more valuable as the farm expands into mid- and late-game activities.
