Fresh Bandana

Fresh Bandana is a Peglin trinket introduced during the game's beta and added to the main Early Access release. Equipping Fresh Bandana modifies the pegboard by adding an extra refresh peg to the playfield at the start of each run, increasing opportunities to refresh or reuse pegs during shots.

The extra refresh peg appears as an additional refresh_peg on the board; its presence is functionally identical across language versions. This increases the total count of refresh pegs available for ricochets and strategic bounces, which can improve consistency for builds that rely on repeated peg clears or on chaining peg effects across multiple hits.

• The item effect is strictly additive: the board contains one additional refresh peg (i.e., +1 refresh_peg).
• Best used in runs that benefit from repeated peg interactions, such as strategies that require clearing specific pegs or enabling multiple ricochet cycles.
• The extra refresh peg does not alter other peg types or change board layout beyond adding that single refresh peg.
• There are no conditional triggers or cooldowns; the effect is passive and applies for the run while Fresh Bandana is equipped.
