Chewing Stick

The Chewing Stick is an Artifact that can be found by digging up an Artifact Spot in the Mountains, Cindersap Forest, or Pelican Town, and from Fishing Treasure Chests or Artifact Troves. It can also drop from Duggies in The Mines, and a max-friendship pet dog may gift one to the player.

Donating a Chewing Stick contributes to the Museum’s total donation count. It is also useful outside the Museum: placing it in the Sewing Machine spool produces the Canvas Jacket, and it can be used as an orange dye item at the dye pots in Emily’s and Haley’s house at 2 Willow Lane.

• It is not used in any quests.
• Since it is an Artifact, it is most commonly obtained through digging, treasure rewards, or combat drops rather than through production or crafting.
• If the Museum donation is already complete, extra copies can still be kept for tailoring or dyeing.
