Unbaked Sweetbread

Unbaked Sweetbread is the uncooked version of sweetbread, prepared in batches of two at the oven and then left to bake until finished. It is a food-crafting item rather than a meal on its own, and it must be cooked before it can be used.

The baking time is 50 seconds per batch. Like meat cooked in the oven, leaving unbaked sweetbread in the oven for more than 100 seconds will cause it to burn and turn into coal. Because of that, it is best collected promptly once the cooking animation finishes, especially when making multiple batches at once.
