Blood Clot

Overview
Blood clot is a crafting ingredient obtained from ticks in the

Blood clot is used in several later-game recipes, especially food and mead crafting. Its value comes from the fact that it is tied to Mistlands enemy farming rather than simple foraging, so players typically collect it while hunting Gjall or when clearing dangerous terrain where ticks are present.
- A Gjall spawns ticks in groups of three at intervals, making it a reliable source of blood clots if left alive.
- The main challenge in farming blood clots is surviving the Gjall itself, since its ranged attacks can force constant movement.
- Open terrain is ideal; cramped areas make it harder to avoid attacks and to kill the spawned ticks quickly.
- Blood clot is an ingredient in
Mead Base: Minor Healing, strong.
- Blood clot is also used in
Uncooked Stuffed Mushroom, along with
Magecap and turnip.
