Charcoal Resin

Charcoal resin is a crafting material obtained by cutting down burned trees. It is collected along with wood and coal-like byproducts when these trees are chopped, making it a resource tied to fire-scarred environments rather than normal forests.

Its main documented use is in furniture crafting, where it is required for green pot decorations. Each of the green pot sizes uses one Charcoal resin, combined with Pot Shard:

• Small green pot: 3 Pot shard, 1 Charcoal resin
• Medium green pot: 4 Pot shard, 1 Charcoal resin
• Large green pot: 5 Pot shard, 1 Charcoal resin

Because it is gathered directly from burned trees, Charcoal resin is best stocked while harvesting that wood in bulk. It is not a general-purpose crafting resource, but it is important for players who want to make the decorative pot set.
